SHIPPING DAMAGES
If our products are defectivce in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all the shipping materials and do not use the product. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@soynshea.com so the damage can be reported to USPS. Always inspect any package you receive for damage and identify it if possible at the time of delivery.
If we do need to authorize a return for any reason, please make sure the items are packaged in the original manner so damage does not occur. The product must be returned to The Soy N Shea Company, at the return address shown on your package. This will ensure credits can be processed.
