PRODUCT QUALITY 

Every precaution is taken to ensure the quality of the products we are providing. However, should you find the product you have purchased is not of high quality, please provide a detailed description within 30 days of purchase to customerservice@soynshea.com so your concern can be resolved promptly and to your satisfaction. Please be aware that many of the products provided are hand made. Variations in sizes and styles are common and the product may not be exactly as shown in the product image.  

SHIPPING DAMAGES

If our products are defectivce in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all the shipping materials and do not use the product. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@soynshea.com so the damage can be reported to USPS. Always inspect any package you receive for damage and identify it if possible at the time of delivery.

If we do need to authorize a return for any reason, please make sure the items are packaged in the original manner so damage does not occur.  The product must be returned to The Soy N Shea Company, at the return address shown on your package. This will ensure credits can be processed.  

ERRORS ON ORDERS

We make every effort to provide the product exactly the way you have ordered it. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will provide a full refund upon return of the product within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and securely packaged to insure a refund. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. For health reasons, we cannot accept  returns on opened Bath and Body, Hair Care, Massage Oils or Soaps.
