At soynshea.com we believe in keeping things simple. We believe that the best way to keep products simple is by using totally natural ingredients whenever possible.  The people that we have chosen to partner with to bring you these products have the same beliefs and use soywax,  essential oils, shea butter, jojoba oil, coconut butter and other ingredients in their production processes. Products carry ingredient listings. We have created www.soynshea.com to enable us to provide excellence to our customers who are interested in natural, non-toxic products to enhance their lives. We focus on offering the best products available, coupled with the service we expect for ourselves when we are the customer. 

STORE POLICIES

If you don't see the candle, soap or body product that you want on our site, please email us at customerservice@soynshea.com providing a detailed description of what you are looking for. We will make every effort to secure the product you need and keep you informed throughout the process. Many of our products are handmade and will vary from batch to batch so we cannot quarantee the product will be identical to the picture shown. 

RETURN POLICIES

We will do everything possible to provide the product exactly the way you have ordered it. If, however, we have made a mistake on your order we will provide a full refund upon return of the product within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused and securely packaged to insure a refund. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. For health reasons, we cannot accept  returns on opened Bath and Body, Hair Care, Massage Oils or Soaps. WARRANTIES

We guarantee the quality of the products we are offering. We further guarantee that the candles are scented throughout, not just on top. Should you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@soynshea.com to let us know in detail what the product defect is. SHIPPING INFORMATION

USPS is the shipper of choice for most products as they offer the best prices. Shipping confirmation is always provided. The shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your Shopping Cart. Please go to Shipping and Returns for further details.  

Should you have a preferred alternate method of shipping, please notify customerservice@soynshea.com along with the details of your order, including your payment method.  Every effort will be made to meet your specific requests.
